We are thrilled to announce the official completion of Hale Wharf, a stunning project delivered by McLaren Construction Group and Allies and Morrison. 

Having completed Phase 1 of this London development, based in Tottenham, the Dearneside team proudly followed onto the second and final phase of Hale Wharf. The full project saw the team deliver a full suite of our state-of-the-art balconies, Juliettes, architectural metalwork and secondary steelwork.

Now completed, Hale Wharf showcases a Tottenham transformed; creating hundreds of new, affordable homes and connecting the community through public spaces and walking routes.
