Great to see our work on the Riverscape project completed!

This week, the team here at Dearneside Fabrications were proud to see their completed architectural metalwork on the Riverscape project. Conforming to BS EN13501 class A2-s1, the fire-rated glass balustrade system for the balconies was fitted by our skilled engineering team, taking into account the project’s special consideration for fire safety, providing luxurious and quality housing for the people of London.

Developed by Ballymore Properties, Riverscape is located in East London, nestled in between the River Thames and Lyle Park within the Royal Wharf neighborhood. Surrounded by greenery and breath-taking views of the city, the development will comprise of 769 homes – a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with open plan layouts and flexible floorplans.
