An update from Dearneside on the New Acres Project…

Since early 2022, we’ve been working on an exciting ‘New Acres’ project with Vistry Partnerships to create 480 new homes on a former Homebase site in Wandsworth, London.

As leading innovators of architectural metalwork in the UK, we’re pleased to have supplied this project’s balcony balustrade, architectural metalwork, and secondary steelwork, and even more thrilled to see the development starting to come together.

Once completed, the site will also offer space for retail, office and community uses, which will considerably improve the local area. We cannot wait!
