The Tottenham Hale North Island project is now complete!

Tottenham Hale is a new development by HG Construction, providing 136 new homes, including 80 shared ownership and 56 market sale, with additional commercial space on the ground floor.

The exciting scheme is also part of the wider regeneration of Tottenham Hale, delivering much needed green spaces, improved road networks, retail and leisure hubs, a health centre and affordable housing, known as the Heart of Hale.

The Dearneside team are incredibly proud to have manufactured and fitted the balconies for this 18-storey development, featuring GRC sofit, Juliettes and balustrades.
