The Potato Wharf, Phase 2, is an ambitious inner-city re-development in Manchester, driven by the award-winning developer LendLease Residential.

The Telka Awards invite submissions from challenging projects and we are delighted to have had this commercial development included.

The oriel balconies, pergolas and associated architectural metal work within the Tekla model incorporate numerous elements including mild steel, aluminium decking, stainless steel balustrades with glass infill panels and aluminium cladding. All items are within one model with the relevant information being distributed for fabrication and procurement both in house and to external suppliers. The model has been phased into building blocks and balcony ‘stacks’ to suit installation requirements.
